Job Title: Senior Dynatrace SaaS Engineer

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Only)

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4x10s (Four 10-hour shifts per week)

Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizen (Mandatory)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynatrace SaaS Engineer to join our Engagement Teams, responsible for deploying and implementing a suite of monitoring tools for prioritized applications. This role requires a highly technical professional with strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Deploy and integrate monitoring tools for identified applications.
  • Utilize Dynatrace SaaS (5+ years experience required) to optimize system performance.
  • Develop Python scripts when necessary to bridge gaps in deployment.
  • Work collaboratively within the Engagement Team to ensure seamless tool implementation.
  • Leverage additional observability tooling (preferred: DXNetOps, Splunk, Extrahop).
  • Work with AWS Lambda for automation and cloud-based monitoring.
  • Communicate effectively while maintaining a humble and solution-oriented approach.


Requirements:



  • Must be a U.S. Citizen - No exceptions.
  • 5+ years of Dynatrace SaaS experience is required.
  • Strong Python scripting skills to troubleshoot and connect disparate tools.
  • Additional experience with observability tools (DXNetOps, Splunk, Extrahop preferred).
  • Ability to work in a highly technical and results-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration and constructive feedback.
  • Mid to Senior-Level Experience: This role is not for entry-level candidates. Junior candidates will only be considered if they are exceptionally high-performing and eager to grow rapidly.

  • Experience with AWS Lambda and cloud-based automation.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and tools.
  • A proactive mindset with a quiet confidence and technical credibility.
