Position Title: Compliance Generalist - Community Services
Department: Compliance
Reports to: Compliance Manager - Direct Service Location: Hybrid (NYC) Salary Range: $66K to $77K*

Position Overview: The Compliance Generalist is responsible for supporting the agency-wide Compliance, HIPAA Privacy, and Security program operations, including investigations, training, and audits. This position will be responsible for reviewing all policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory body standards including but not limited to (OMH, DOH, SAMSHA, DOHMH, ACS, Hi-Trust, etc.); conduct chart reviews to ensure program operations align with government and funder requirements and addresses compliance in all areas of service delivery. The Compliance Generalist assists in developing and supporting compliance training and awareness initiatives. This position works across all Community Service programs while promoting the enterprise-wide compliance culture. Duties/Responsibilities:
