GENERAL FUNCTION The Sr. Manager- Production is responsible for overseeing the multiple departments and shifts to ensure the achievement of the established metrics and standards for safety, quality, production, customer service, and people management. The Sr. Manager- Production is responsible for developing high-performing teams, leading change and continuous improvement, driving results, inspecting what is expected, and building a best-in-class working environment. Reports to the site leader and communicates performance progress and support needed. Leads Production Managers, who are responsible for achieving results for their assigned department or shift. The scope of the role may vary based on various factors (e.g., volume, types of services, number of employees, and equipment and tools).
