Tactical Air Support Inc. Senior Contracts Manager Salary Range: $144-154K DOE Position Summary Tactical Air Support, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join its Contracts team. The Senior Contracts Manager position is an integral part of an elite team of professionals who get things done, enjoy working together, and are committed to growing with this fast-moving company. The ideal candidate for this position will be professional, highly productive, disciplined, team-oriented, technically astute, and responsive to the needs of the company, colleagues, and customers. A hybrid or remote option will be considered for the right candidate. Responsibilities Will perform a variety of duties such as cradle-to-grave contract administration support for government, foreign military and commercial contracts. This position reports to the VP of Contracts and will be responsible for providing oversight and monitoring of contracts, leadership and mentorship to more junior Contracts associates, assist in key negotiations, identify risks and mitigation strategies, identify and implement processes that positively impact the organization. Will support the technical and functional administration of prime/subprime contracts and ensure compliance with government regulations and company procedures.
