Overview

Axient is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise in Electronic Warfare (EW) to join our team supporting the 950th Spectrum Warfare Group at Robins AFB, GA. This group plays a critical role in planning, managing, and enhancing electromagnetic spectrum operations for U.S. Air Force weapon systems. In this role, you'll tackle diverse engineering challenges, leveraging your problem-solving skills, creativity, and innovative use of advanced techniques and emerging technologies to make a meaningful impact.


  • Conduct in-depth electronic warfare analyses, identifying and addressing unique operational problems.
  • Design and develop EW systems and components using innovative techniques and advanced engineering principles.
  • Maintain knowledge of new technologies in the field of EW and assess their potential applications for organizational benefit.
  • Apply creative and critical thinking to develop solutions to complex EW challenges.
  • Utilize advanced mathematical and engineering methods to model, simulate, and validate EW concepts and systems.
  • Engage in research to explore new methodologies in EW.
  • Lead or contribute to the development of breakthrough technologies and systems in electronic warfare.
  • Oversee technical projects, ensuring objectives are met with innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EW systems into broader defense platforms.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in EW for the organization.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Document all phases of research and development clearly and comprehensively.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate complex EW concepts and findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Extensive experience in electronic warfare engineering and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to solve unique and complex engineering problems
  • Proficient in the use of simulation and modeling tools
  • Strong understanding of the latest advancements in EW technology
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Active Secret Security Clearance, preferably Top Secret or TS/SCI.
