Sanmina is recognized as a technology leader, providing end-to-end design, manufacturing and logistics solutions, maintaining a global footprint of design and manufacturing operations in 23 countries on six continents.Job Purpose: Job Purpose: A Director of Product Management & Solutions Architecture is a senior level role responsible for overseeing the design, integration and lifecycle management of hardware systems that align with our customers and organization's strategic objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, leading projects and leadership influencing skills to guide teams in developing innovative hardware solutions focused on solving customer's complex workloads. * Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitivedynamics to establish product strategy and product positioning * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and executive leadership, to ensure cohesive integration of hardware solutions. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including product requirements, white papers, use cases and technical specifications * Provide training and support to sales and technical teams ensuring teams are equipped for success * Engage with customer to deep dive in to requirements and addressing their technical challenges * In-depth knowledge of hardware systems, including processors, memory, storage, and peripheral interfaces *Familiarity with software integration and hardware architecture tradeoffs * Strong analytical skills to assess challenges and devise effective hardware solutions. Education and Experience: Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer Salary Range (annual): $155,000 - $205,000 Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program. |
