Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

Requirements



  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • The availability to immediately attend training in Italy for 1 - 2 months (a valid passport that does not expire for 6 months is required).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other manufacturing improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ISO quality standards and safety regulations.



Essential Functions:



  • Oversee all aspect of operations. Manage the production process, ensure quality standards are met, optimize productivity, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop production strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Create and implement safety training programs.
  • Manage the plant's budget and analyze financial reports to identify trends looking for areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and logistics team.
  • Manage inventory levels.
  • Prepare regular reports on production metrics, quality issues, and operational efficiencies.
