Are you a skilled maintenance professional with experience in spiral freezers or proofer systems? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges? Staffmark is looking for a dedicated individual like you to apply for our
direct hire Spiral Maintenance Technician position in Florence, KY!

What You'll Do:



  • Maintain and ensure the smooth operation of spiral freezers and proofers through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Assist with spiral rebuilds, equipment setup, and tear down.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using precision instruments.
  • Perform advanced maintenance tasks such as welding, fabrication, and hydraulic hose repair.
  • Troubleshoot temperature and humidity issues alongside the Refrigeration Department.
  • Keep accurate maintenance logs using SAP and Redzone.



Schedule:3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday - Thursday

Pay: $31 - $34 per hour

What You'll Need:



  • At least 1 year of experience with spiral refrigeration systems.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with basic fabrication skills.
  • Ability to read schematics, maintenance instructions, and operations manuals.
  • Experience with computer CMMS systems for work orders.
  • Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and work in sub-zero temperatures.
