Oracle HCM Functional Analyst (Talent & Comp)
Job Overview & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Analyst specializing in Talent & Compensation for our rapidly growing Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS) practice. In this role, you will support and enhance Oracle Cloud HCM applications. You will be responsible for configuring, testing, and optimizing Oracle Talent Management and Compensation to meet evolving business needs. Key responsibilities include:
Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation, ensuring functionality aligns with business strategies.
