Our Company TheDirector of Strategy, Contentis a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining and executing atransformational business strategythat evolves our Adobe Stock, Express and Firefly content strategyfor theAI era. This leader will drive amulti-year strategic visionthat balancesinnovation with foundational business principles, ensuring that our content strategy remains relevant, scalable, and aligned with emerging market opportunities. We seek astrategic leaderwith aproven track record of leading large-scale business transformations, ideally within digital media and content, but most critically, with the ability to architect and implement a future-focused content strategy. This individual mustbridge established content methodologies with AI-driven opportunities,while maintaining business viability. This role requires adata-driven, pragmatic, and forward-thinking problem solverwho thrives in dynamic and evolving environments, excels in stakeholder communication, and has a strong track record of mentoring andleading high-performing teams. The Director will oversee a team of20-25, working closely across the organizationtoalign content strategies with Adobe-wide objectives. This position will play a key role in executive communications, ensuring alignment with broader business planning processes. What you'll Do
