Job Description

The Client Service Consultant (CSC) position serves in a client facing role, to assist new and existing clients in establishing or maintaining deposit accounts, across the BOKF footprint. The CSC is responsible for being compliant with State and Federal regulations, internal policies and procedures and Service Level Agreements.

You will build relationships and get to know your coworkers in operations and technology, and sales, working across multiple lines of business. Our teams work with product managers, analysts, operations,sales, vendors, and the product support team. You are the voice of the client.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer and internal line of business partner requests to establish new DD and CD accounts, and process amendments to existing DD and CD accounts.
  • Work directly with clients and internal business partners to obtain all required documentation, including entity documents, beneficial ownership information, KYC, and CDD.
  • Generate and distribute signature cards, resolutions, and other documentation requiring client signature for new accounts to be opened.
  • Create new accounts and customer profiles directly in the TPSS platform that will be pushed to the bank's mainframe in IMPACS.
  • Ensure compliance for new account opening and documentation requirements meet legal, regulatory, and compliance guidelines (BSA, AML, KYC, CIP, FACTA, CDD).
  • Validate all documentation received prior to account opening or amendment, to meet regulatory and legal requirements as outlined by department procedures and Bank policies.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree in a Business related field (Bachelor's preferred) and minimum 4-6 years of experience in banking, or an equivalent 8-10 years combination of education and experience. Previous experience with Commercial deposit accounts is preferred.
