Agile Release Train Engineer (Hybrid - 3 days)

As Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will be crucial to the success of Agile Release Trains (ARTs). By overseeing the Agile Release Trains, you ensure that teams develop high-quality solutions that drive product success.

In this role you will

• Manage the Agile Release Trains, flow of value, ensuring each step brings value to the project.
• Coordinate and align ART activities with the organization's strategic goals.
• Serve as a liaison between product management, development, and support teams.
• Ensure effective program increments (PI) planning.
• Help the ART manage and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and act as a servant leader to the ART.
• Promote improvement through inspect and adapt (I&A) events after PI completions.
• Guide agile teams in improving their practices, helping them become self-sufficient and more efficient over time.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience working as Agile Release Train Engineer.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and SAFe framework
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead large group discussions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex challenges.
• Leadership and coaching skills to guide teams towards high performance.
• SAFE certification will be an added advantage.
