We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Data Loader Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle File-Based Data Import and Oracle Cloud ERP. Additionally expertise in IT Consulting and Analytics is essential. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Data Loader solutions to ensure seamless data integration and management.

Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Oracle Integration Cloud to facilitate efficient data exchange between systems.

Provide expertise in Oracle File-Based Data Import to streamline data migration processes.

Implement and manage Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to enhance business operations and financial management.

Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Oracle technologies and IT consulting.

Possess extensive experience in Oracle HCM Data Loader Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle File-Based Data Import and Oracle Cloud ERP.

Demonstrate strong expertise in IT Consulting and Analytics.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Show proficiency in developing and implementing technical solutions.

Have a proven track record of successful project management and delivery.

Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
