WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Load carts with supplies needed to perform duties.
• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, change bed linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Ensure guest room set up complies with standards.
• Reports any discrepancies in room status to Inspector.
• Turns in all lost & found items following the standard procedures.
• Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Attends department meetings.
• Notify management of any pertinent information related to shift activities.
• Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures.
• Ensure areas are free of safety hazards and performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Work cooperatively and professionally with co-workers and leads.
• Other housekeeping duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a full service hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, and 10 pounds frequently. Constantly kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and be able to work with other seamlessly.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
