Test Engineer

Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join their team in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing testing solutions for high-frequency, high-voltage power systems. You'll help ensure products meet quality standards by creating efficient testing tools and processes throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure new product designs are testable and serviceable, providing feedback to design teams to improve quality.
• Create testing programs, tools, and procedures for new products and updates.
• Estimate costs and timelines for implementing test solutions.
• Manage the testing process from the vendor through to customer shipment.
• Verify that products meet functional requirements, including design verification and manufacturing screens.
• Monitor and control important parameters in both products and test equipment.

• Bachelors Degree
• 4 years minimum of electrical product test development experience

• Strong knowledge of testing in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
• Experience solving complex technical problems with minimal help.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with programming and automating testing systems.
• Skills in programming languages like NI Labview, TestStand, C++, SQL, or Python.
• Experience using testing equipment like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition devices.
• Knowledge of power supply testing or design.
