Are you passionate about identifying and attracting top talent to drive innovation and growth? At Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives, we are looking for our next dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent.
We are searching for you in our location in Loves Park,Illinois. You will work in a hybrid set-up with 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home. You will be responsible for recruitments all over the US and Canada, but also support in cross-country recruitments. Salary range: 100.000 - 135.000$.
Base salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Job Responsibilities
Your mission as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be to support business goals through both strategic and operational recruitment activities. You will:
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs, providing expert guidance throughout the hiring process and aligning recruitment strategies with long-term business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them in attracting and selecting a diverse and high-performing pipeline while ensuring an inclusive and engaging candidate experience
- Ensure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with both local and global strategies, promoting us as an inclusive and desirable employer, and working on high-priority global talent initiatives while challenging the status quo
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for critical roles while identifying new sourcing channels and strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation, while influencing decision-making for key hires
- Actively contribute to our global talent acquisition initiatives, collaborating across teams to share best practices, while taking a leading role in driving initiatives forward
- Facilitate a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring teams and Shared Services
- Become a Danfoss ambassador inspiring others to engage with our mission and vision and being a first mover on new technology adoption or way of working
- Coach and train new TA Partners, providing guidance on recruitment strategy, process optimization, and best practices to improve team performance
Background & Skills
We are seeking a seasoned and self-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a proactive mindset, responsible for all hirings across US and Canada while driving the overall strategy for the talent acquisition function.
Following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition in a global, technology-focused, or matrixed environment
- Experience in driving and influencing talent acquisition strategies and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational goals
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates using modern recruitment tools and methods
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism
- A self-driven, independent, and responsible individual to take ownership of all relevant Talent Acquisition processes within the US and Canada
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cultures and organizational levels
- Full professional proficiency in English is required
