Description and Requirements

About Our Team

You will be joining a young & energic $1 Billion in revenue business unit dedicated to drive Chrome ecosystem along with industry partners such as Google, Intel, MediaTek etc. Formed in early 2022, the Chromebook business unit focuses on building a sustainable business model with product & solutions running in the Chrome OS. Aside from building industry-leading hardware, we also focus on architecting services, software and accessories that can position Chromebook as a viable E2E solution.

What You'll Do

You will be the key link to connect customer, development, and industry partners as you will be working closely with portfolio team & development to formulate a holistic strategy that then translates into product requirements that can not only be quantifiable and executable in a business setting but also push industry partners such as Google to collaborate. The ideal candidate blends the perfect balance between product & project management and AI industry technical expertise. You will work alongside both hardware & development team to jointly define customer & market needs into AI solutions; collaborating & influencing industry partners to build new products that can help position Lenovo as a leading Chrome AI solution provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track industry latest advancements & technologies in LLM or Generative AI across all ecosystems
  • Research, brainstorm, design & apply innovative concepts using AI applications or solutions to enhance Lenovo Premium Chromebook value proposition by addressing key customer pain points/needs
  • Collaborate with cross function teams (internally & externally), share best practices, and provide guidance and support on LLM or Generative AI technology.
  • Lead & project manage an E2E AI project (with cross function team) from concept to landing with formulation of a holistic strategy to detailed tasks with scheduled deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge in Google Ecosystem (Android & Chrome OS)
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in product management, technical product development, or related roles with preferred emphasis on AI
  • 2+ years of practical experience in deep learning, natural language processing, machine learning, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) to design, implement AI application & solution PoC.
  • MBA or PMP to showcase business + project management & strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of working effectively and delivering results under high pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills - capable of connecting the dots between detailed tasks with holistic strategy
  • Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams but also be persuasive to influence industry partners.
