The UCI Center for Educational Partnerships (CFEP) within ECP creates collaborations that support preparation for and success in higher education. Our focus is on helping students from under-resourced schools become competitive college applicants, thereby contributing to the University of California's success and its goal of academic excellence. https://partnerships.uci.edu/ Your Role on the Team Under the general supervision of the Director of Strategy & Business Services, the HR Generalist supports different areas of HR at the most critical times for the departments of a large non-academic unit. The HR Generalist applies professional human resources, organization policies and procedures to provide guidance to supervisors and managers to resolve a variety of human resources issues of moderate scope and complexity. Assignments will include recruitment, compensation, employee relations, labor relations, training & development and onboarding functions during peak periods. Serve as primary back-up support for Payroll functions.
