ATS has an exciting line of high-performance test systems that support the semiconductor industry around the world.

Advantest Test Solutions, Inc. (ATS) is looking for Incoming Material Quality Inspector to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. This individual will be conducting visual, parametrial inspections on PCB/PCA materials and electrical components we receive from suppliers to secure good quality, and record inspection results to our database to secure accurate quality traceability in our production floor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Material inspection on incoming materials from suppliers


  • Quality inspections on PCB, PCA and electrical components in production.
  • Conducting the first article quality check on PCA materials and report the summary.
  • Inputting inspection results to online database without delay, mismatch.
  • Follows instructions not to deviate from standard work process.
  • Informing timely any abnormalities in inspection results to line leader to receive instructions.
  • Securing necessary inspector certificates such as IPC-A-610 based if instructed by line leader.
  • Take training assigned by line leader.
  • Follows 5S, ESD control policy.
  • All other duties as required and assigned.
