WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):

  • Foster the development of a highly proficient team of analytics experts who efficiently devise intricate solutions (including reporting and dashboard/visualizations), thereby promoting uniformity, analytical advancement, and a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.



  • Cultivate a proactive mindset within the team, fostering anticipation of business needs and the resolution of challenges while identifying opportunities and efficiencies.



  • Collaborate across the company with business leads (Service, Sales, Call Center, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to achieve success against business objectives.



  • Build the quarterly Board of Directors analyses and reporting.



  • Build relationships with a complex set of stakeholders through superior communication skills.




WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience):




  • 10+ years in a business analyst, management consulting, or investment banking role.



  • 3+ years' experience managing others with proven leadership skills.


  • Proven experience in data analytics within Health and Welfare benefits administration

  • Comfort using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).



  • Demonstrates a proactive approach, driven by a passion for analytics and a bias for action, contributing to a highly motivated and results-oriented work ethic.



  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.



  • Knowledge of SQL (ideally Python as well).



  • Proven ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.



  • Collaborative business partner, adept in building cross-functional relationships to drive business results and identify partner needs.



  • Intellectual curiosity-always willing to get into the weeds to understand the problem at hand.



  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency to overcome obstacles and achieve measurable results.



  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.



  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.



  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.




NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education and Experience):




  • Experience working for SaaS companies.



  • Experience in the benefits administration space.



  • Experience interfacing with a Private Equity ownership structure.

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $140,000-$155,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
