Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to join our national intelligence program in Northern Virginia that delivers engineering, application development, deployment, operations, upgrades and sustainment of products and services to achieve our client's global missions.

The candidate must have demonstrated experience, ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically with excellent written and oral communications. The candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement experience to implement and maintain SharePoint Administration solutions that achieve stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities:

    Install, configure, and upgrade SharePoint systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements for SharePoint solutions.
  • Create, configure and access control SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows and web parts.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint systems and resolve rot causes of issues to ensure their functionality.
  • Establish and maintain user access accounts and permissions.
  • Design and implement SharePoint infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage content databases and site collections.
  • Work with engineering to deploy custom SharePoint solutions.
  • Provide SharePoint support and training to end users.
  • Monitor and analyze SharePoint systems performance.
  • Create SharePoint documentation and user guides for new systems or updates.
  • Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint policies, procedures, and user guides.
  • Work with IT professionals, Database Administrators, Network Engineers, etc. to support seamless integration with other systems, as required, and to proactively resolve issues.
  • Keep current on SharePoint updates and new technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
  • Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery operations for SharePoint environments.
  • 10% Travel may be required within the National Capital Region (NCR) on an as needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to pass a counter-intelligence scope (CI) Poly clearances.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience; High School Diploma and 12 years of relevant experience).
  • Proven work experience as a SharePoint Administrator.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and SQL Server.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services.
  • Proficient with PowerShell Scripting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearances.
  • Experience working in a cloud environment.
  • Knowledge of Natural or JCL.
  • Experience with agile methods and DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Java, Powershell, or Ruby etc.).
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery.
  • Experience with C# language.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a CI Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
