PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Director, Admissions Training & Development is responsible for training, developing, and coaching the Regional Admissions and Corporate Admissions Specialists upon hire and throughout the course of their employment under the guidance of the Vice President of Admissions. The Director will be responsible for the development and execution of new-hire training programs, progression training programs, and leadership development training programs for growth and development. The Director will work in coordination with the VP of Admissions and Regional Directors to identify individuals in need of development and/or improvement and will devise, deliver, and oversee the development plan through remote one-on-one and group training and coaching. The Director will work closely with the VP, and Regional Directors to identify and develop collateral that will support the daily function of the these employees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
