Position Summary:

TheSupply Chain Service Coordinatoris a skilled position.You will betheprimary contact for sales & customer related service issueswith regard to order fill, quality, service delivery, etc.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics and reports regarding operations, such as, temp time reports, financial reports; KPI reports; Period end reports
  • Invoice coding and enter in checkbook; compare GL to checkbook
  • Prepare third party invoices
  • Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, facilities and operations
  • Maintain appropriate directories, phone lists and coordinate with Information Services on network issues
  • Monitor public entry to the DC
  • Open, sort and distribute mail.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and control meeting calendar
  • Conduct hourly orientation
  • Conduct hourly interviews
  • Assist with associate services
  • Coordinate and maintain calendar of Training for associates
  • Work with managers administrative duties such as presentations, huddle powerpoint and postings
  • Maintain bulletin boards
  • Assist with associate engagement, appreciation/celebrations
  • Manage and coordinate donation requests
  • Compose and type proprietary correspondence, reports and other documents
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and other meetings as appropriate for record-keeping purposes. Take and prepare meeting minutes
  • Support the Plant Management staff with effectively utilizing the announcements and communication boards throughout the DC
  • Maintain associate uniform standards
  • Sort payroll checks
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment with respective distribution management; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Communicate and coordinate follow up with functional teams as necessary (Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, Customer/Account).
  • Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with all functional areas.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries by phone or email.
  • Learning our reporting systems to be able to support is expected.
  • Keep associate and other records

Education and Work History:

  • High School Education or equivalent; college degreepreferred.
  • 1-3 Years of relevantCustomer Service, Distribution and productexperience preferred.

  • Strong reading, math andcommunication skills: phone, email and active listening skills, with the ability to adapt/respond to various customers.
  • Must be well organized and computer literate:Excel and Word experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • You must have good written and oral English language communication skills.
  • You must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to work 8+ hour shifts, irregular and/or rotating shifts, including split days off (non-consecutive days off) and worknights,holidays, and weekends (frequently required).
