About the role:

Financial Analysts play a key role in managing financial results within Boston Scientific's Cardiology Group, a growing $8B+ global business. The Sr. Financial Analyst will provide financial support for the high-growth ICTx division. Responsibilities include supporting the ICTx Finance Manager in P&L and revenue consolidation across our Coronary Therapies and Structural Heart franchises. The Sr Financial Analyst will be responsible for monthly P&L reporting, forecast consolidation for our combined ICTx P&L, and assisting the Finance Manager and Finance Director with monthly and quarterly business review preparation. This position requires a person with strong technical skills who values data organization and quality. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, and career driven.

Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Reports directly to the Finance Manager of US ICTx P&L
  • Supports preparation of financial plans (Strategic, Annual Operating, Forecast) and close (monthly/quarterly) cycles in partnership with financial leadership
  • Support planning, analysis and reporting of US Markets, Revenue and Pricing
  • Support the P&L month-end close process
  • Prepare and analyze daily sales reporting for the ICTx franchise
  • Own and manage the P&L month-end and forecast workbooks for Coronary Therapies, Structural Heart Valves, and the combined ICTx franchise view
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with finance leadership



Required Qualifications:



  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Prior experience performing monthly and quarterly "actual vs plan/forecast" variance analyses
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, and SAP a plus

Maximum Salary: $132000

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
