What You'll Do:



  • Administrative Excellence: Manage schedules, prepare documents, handle correspondence, and support CHRO in meetings, board presentations, and budget planning.
  • Event Coordination: Organize HR events, training sessions, and departmental meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and memorable experiences.
  • Recognition Programs: Administer recognition initiatives for birthdays, service awards, and special milestones.
  • Calendar Management: Keep the CHRO's schedule organized and seamless, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication: Field employee questions and requests, directing them to appropriate team members as needed.



What We're Looking For:



  • Experience: 3+ years of executive-level administrative support (preferably for VP level or higher) and 5 years of administrative support experience. HR experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, exceptional organization, and strong interpersonal communication.
  • Traits: Detail-oriented, self-starter, discreet with confidential information, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Education: GED or high school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
