Special Ops Representative I

  • What you will do
    Responsible for answering inbound calls for all Special Operations loops, handling alarms, and providing specialized services.

    How you will do it
    • Receives incoming calls from all loops in Special Operations.
    • Places necessary outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch proper authoritiesandnotify responsible parties. Responds using information provided oninstructionscreens.
    • Records information and forwards to the proper department for processing.
    • Utilizes video and access control systems to perform Interactive services (VideoVerification, Guard Tours, Building Management, etc.)
    • Special projects or duties as assigned.
  • What we look for

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of six months of Rep.I.Special Ops experience in the Spec. Operations Dept.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Able to type at least 35 wpm.
    • Basic knowledge of computer applications.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Secret level clearance or higher is required.
    • Previous alarm monitoring experience preferred.
    • Previous Tyco IS alarm monitoring experience even better.

    Hiring Compensation Range: $45,900-$68,900 USD. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
