Duties - Responsibilities
- Inventory Control 3rd shift Team Lead - Works directly with the department supervisor executing tasks related to the overall performance of the team to meet department objectives.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining inventory accuracy. Coordinates materials movement into correct locations.
- Interfaces with other departments in the warehouse (Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Shipping).
- Responsible for logistics assignments which require use of planning and judgment.
- Solves a broad range of distribution administrative problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Investigate and act on inventory discrepancies through cycle count plans
- Material slotting
- Inbound support - troubleshoot and act on inventory or operational issues impacting internal and external receipts
- Outbound support - troubleshoot and act on inventory or operational issues impacting internal and external customer orders
- Monitor, maintain and report out area KPI-s as designed
- Manage non-conforming areas and material; QMEA, MEA, debit memos, ECOs, scrap, return to stock, shelf-life/calibration management
- System support tasks - transfer requirements, post-change, aged transactions, delivery creation
- Gather and interpret data to provide detailed reporting of results
- Escalate deliveries and operational issues as necessary
- Manage delivery flow and order management sitewide
- Apply systemic approaches to problem solving and investigations of operational issues
- Data entry of key metrics and investigative results
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems, in Logistics and/or Order Management
- 6 months experience with RF (radio frequency) technology
- Forklift Operator Certification preferred.
- MS Office Suite - specifically strong experience with Excel is preferred
- Knowledgeable in the warehouse distribution process and material flow.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability multi-task in a high-pressure situation
- Ability to interact and communicate in a global, multi-cultural, and cross-functional environment
- Ability to respond quickly to customer requests
- Ability to read and interpret instructions of complex nature and take/recommend action to support the business
- Ability to offer solutions to issues and customer complaints
- Ability to teach employees
- Must be comfortable in a warehouse environment and have the ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds.
- Dangerous Good awareness, IATA (International Air Transport Association) training a bonus

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $20.77 - $32.45/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
