As a Die Change Over Setup Operator, you will work closely with Tool and Die Makers to assist in die changeover setups, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery

What You Will Do:

  • Assist Tool and Die Makers during die changeover setups in the manufacturing process.

  • Operate and maintain hand and power tools as part of setup operations.

  • Ensure that all changeover tasks are completed efficiently and safely, in accordance with quality standards.

  • Utilize basic mechanical skills to perform setups and adjustments on machinery and equipment.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Troubleshoot minor issues related to machine setup and assist with basic maintenance tasks.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Look For:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools

  • Ability to follow instructions, read basic blueprints or diagrams, and perform simple mechanical tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs or more)

  • Ability to stand, bend, and work in a dynamic environment for extended periods (8+ hours)

  • Willingness to work in various industrial conditions, such as noise, heat, and other manufacturing settings
