Your next role as a Miracle Maker

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Human Resources team as an HR Analyst II. In this role, you will be responsible for HR analytics and data management, delivering actionable insights to enable strategic decision-making.

As a key member of the HR Operations Team, you will contribute to the organization's success by ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR technology, data processes, and systems, all while providing high-quality and responsive service to our internal stakeholders.

For candidates with significant experience and expertise, this position may be considered for a Senior HR Analyst level, offering a broader scope of responsibility and influence on strategic decision-making.

How you will make an impact:

HR Technology Management



  • Support the management of HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now (core HR and benefits enrollment), ADP Talent Suite (performance management, learning and development, and compensation planning), Culture Amp (surveys), and Galileo (Josh Bersin Company AI-powered assistant for HR). Design, implement, and manage the integration of HR systems with other business applications to ensure seamless data flow, process efficiency, and protection of employee data privacy.
  • Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS) Catalog, including uploading company-created content, maintaining appropriate catalog access/permissions, and maintaining email templates.
  • Administer talent assessment tools, including the Predictive Index and Gallup StrengthsFinder.
  • Configure and optimize HR technology and tools to meet organizational needs and compliance standards. Ensure system readiness prior to major projects and initiatives such as goal setting, performance management, compensation planning, benefits enrollment, engagement surveys, and periodic talent and organizational reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.


HR Analytics and Data Management



  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide insights into key HR metrics to enhance business decisions.
  • Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to transform complex information into a clear, compelling story with actionable recommendations.
  • Own and drive the integrity of employee data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and privacy across all HR systems and reports. Optimize data processes and system integrations, upholding trust and compliance while enabling informed business outcomes.


Collaborative Operational Support



  • Work closely with HR team members to facilitate various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Accounting, IT, and other teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Provide training, and guidance HR team members, managers, and employees on the effective use of these tools.
  • Perform other functions and duties as required.


The skills and experience that you will bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Systems, Data Science, or other relevant field is preferred.
  • 3 years of experience as an HR System Administrator, HRIS Analyst, or similar role; ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus. Experience with implementing new technology and/or rolling out new system functionality preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating reports, developing and delivering presentations, working with large datasets, creating visualizations, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with other data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Adept at establishing relationships built on trust with internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including written and verbal communication skills for providing knowledge to end users.
  • Exceptional analytical capability and attention to detail with a strong focus on execution.
  • Active contributor to an environment of accountability with a sense of urgency, teamwork, and ownership to manage priorities.
  • Project management and change management skills a valuable plus.


The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
