Job Description Our global brand creative team is searching for a Design Operations Lead who will optimize our design processes and workflows. You will establish clear standards and facilitate collaboration across teams, efficiently leading design practices through strategic planning and communication. You will also be a trusted liaison between design teams and other departments to streamline project execution and improve overall design quality. You will track design team performance through key metrics like design cycle time and design quality to help identify areas for improvement. You will report to the Creative Director. Be Driven Identify and prioritize pain points by finding areas where the design process could be improved Focus on seamless execution by managing project pipeline and deliverables helping keep the design team on track and hitting deadlines Streamline design by removing inefficiencies and creating repeatable processes Network and promote design by getting buy-in for important projects and highlighting design successes Be Conceptual Collaborate and brainstorm with business partners to understand, identify, and collect requirements to creatively execute design concepts Inspire and bring new ideas to the team through creative thought leadership Provide solutions based on research and sharing of current trends that will elevate our design Be Empathetic Function, adapt, and succeed in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment Bring a positive attitude and motivation to deliver the highest quality assets Respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines Qualifications: Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud) Experience with project management tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills Analytical skills to interpret data and identify areas for optimization Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams Passion for design process improvement and efficiency Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred 3+ years creative operations experience Target Base Salary Range: $63,800 -$127,600 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
