Job Description: Senior HR Business Partner

Contract Position

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team, working in a hybrid capacity, or remotely from CST/EST time zones. This role requires an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in strategic HR partnerships, organizational design, and performance management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing HR expertise to drive business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Partner with internal clients to address HR matters, including performance issues, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Coach managers on leadership and performance management strategies to build high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate on organizational design initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Advise managers on job descriptions, hiring plans, and talent strategies.
  • Leverage HRIS tools, including SAP SuccessFactors and Performance Pathway, to support performance management and other HR processes.
  • Provide input on global HR initiatives, ensuring cultural and organizational alignment across regions.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.


Qualifications:



  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of HRBP experience; or
    • Associate degree with 8-10 years of HRBP experience.


  • Certifications: PHR or SHRM certification is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with senior leadership in a strategic HR capacity.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Performance Pathway, or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Background in the biotech or life sciences industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones as needed.


Work Schedule:



  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST, with flexibility to accommodate global group meetings.
