The Solution Manager, SAP ISU FICA applications will oversee and manage the US Utility applications used by Customer Service and Meter to Cash business processes, this role will work closely with Business and Digital stakeholders to ensure all applications used by these business departments are performing as expected from a functional and technical perspective. This role will also coordinate functional and non-functional requirements coming from business strategic plans or included in the enterprise application roadmap. It is expected this role will ensure standards, quality and performance are incorporated and achieved during the management lifecycle of all applications under its responsibility such as incidents, enhancements and improvements.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met within scope, time, and cost constraints.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including business users, Digital teams, and external vendors.
IT related, Engineering (IT, Industrial, etc.), Bachelor of Business Administration or similar degree.
Proven experience in coordinating and effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders, including business users, Digital teams, and external vendors.
Knowledge of the latest market trends (Big Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Mobile, Analytics) for an electrical utility is a plus
