Slack is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our Core Mobile team. In the Core Mobile team, we make Slack the best mobile app to get work done from. We understand the differences in how people work on the go and build our app to serve those users uniquely. We're a horizontal pillar containing both iOS & Android engineers serving our Core Product, Admin & Trust and Growth teams. You'll help shape the engineering culture of the team, work closely with other managers and engineers in making trade-offs and building ambitious technical & product roadmaps, provide coaching for engineers, drive alignment between cross-functional stakeholders all while shipping features that not only delight our users but make them more productive as well. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $2,761,000. For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $230,000. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $253,000. For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $253,000. For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $253,000. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $276,100. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $253,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
