Pastry and Decoration Associate

• Handcraft gourmet caramel apples and confections while adhering to proprietary recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality during production, ensuring finished products meet consistency and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and team to ensure efficient production and assist in training new team members.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking raw materials and supporting timely supply reordering.
• Contribute to product development by brainstorming new designs, flavors, and confections with the owners.
• Package products for shipping, in-store sales, and events as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support overall business operations.

• Previous experience in confectionery production or a food service role is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for crafting and decorating gourmet treats with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and contribute.
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols diligently.
• Excellent time management skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
