Job Summary

The Technology Analyst is part of a team of technical resources supporting complex integrated facilities management systems for clients of Compass Group North America in a wide variety of industries. The Technology Analyst supports the client's operations team, technicians, and third-party vendor partners at all North American (U.S. and Canada) locations. This role is responsible for maintaining asset inventories, preventative maintenance program configuration and accuracy, configuration updates to scheduled janitorial activities, custom survey or inspection configuration, data capture, data configuration and tracking, data analysis, operational optimization related to technology deployment, general platform support and training, solve and raising issues within the ESFM Technology team as needed.

The Technology Analyst is an individual contributor role and does not directly lead other employees. The role works with the Director of Client Engagement, within the ESFM Technology team.

Platforms this role supports: ServiceNow, Nuvolo, Poly, SmartInspect, SAP, Teams, Google Looker, LMS, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and positive client experience
  • Communicate proactively with users and ESFM Technology team
  • Identify optimization opportunities related to technology deployment
  • Provide client with data insights to apply in driving informed business decisions
  • Act as liaison between client and ESFM Technology team to ensure support and customer concerns are handled in an effective and timely manner
  • Execute client configurations and testing prior to release
  • Train onsite operations teams and technicians, delivery to a group audience in person and virtual formats
  • Assess and solve various technical issues that arise with IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) and other tools
  • Escalate platform related issues, own responsibility to see issues to resolution
  • Manage delivery expectations with clear and consistent communication around timing and delivery
  • Track, update, and lead project plans as tasks are completed, ensure handoff & communication to keep implementations moving forward
  • Handle digital technology inventory

Qualifications:

  • Energetic self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines
  • Effective organization, collaboration, planning, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills are vital to be able to translate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of technology support experience
  • Experience working with above listed systems or other CMMS systems
  • Experience in the FM industry a plus

This is a hybrid role, with 50% of time required to be spent onsite, across multiple sites within the Twin Cities metro area medical device manufacturing client sites. Time onsite will involve meeting with client contacts, working with operations teams on optimization, and conducting quality inspections. Client has strict safety and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).
