JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State's Office of Internal Audit is seeking one or two studentswithintheOne-Year MAcc, IntegratedMAcc, or Undergraduate Accounting programs, to fillafull-time (40 hours/wk)Summer 2025internship position.This is a hybrid position with a requirement for no less than 60% (three days a week in office) of work time completed on-site. The selected candidate will work in a professional, hands-on environment that will provide relevant andreal-lifejob experience.Interns are expected to assist the University's Internal Audit Department Financial and/or Information Technology Auditors in conducting financial, operational, compliance and ITaudits of selected departments and processes throughout the University. Interns will interact in a professional manner with personnel of areas under reviewto collect, organize, and analyze audit data; determine if unitsare in compliance withUniversity policies and procedures; and address identified audit issues.Interns willalsointeract with audit team to document results and prepare audit reports.
