The Opportunity

Join a dynamic IT Implementation and Adoption team, where you'll play a critical role in deploying and supporting technology initiatives across multiple locations. This role requires a strong communicator and organizer who can coordinate rollout plans, develop training materials, and ensure a smooth transition for new system implementations. You'll work closely with IT development, training, and support teams to bridge the gap between technology and end-user adoption.

What You'll Do:

Project Coordination & Implementation:


  • Manage multiple implementation projects, including software rollouts, location openings/closures, and company acquisitions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT and field organizations.
  • Develop project plans, training schedules, and communications for smooth rollouts.
  • Coordinate IT and service center resources to meet project objectives.


Training & End-User Support:

  • Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led training sessions, both in-person and via webinars.
  • Provide hands-on support during and after implementations to ensure user adoption.
  • Assist with developing knowledge base articles and best practices for IT support teams.


Process Improvement & Business Analysis:

  • Analyze business processes and software applications to identify key training points.
  • Organize multiple work tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions that improve workflow and system efficiency.


Who We're Looking For:
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business Administration, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience
    in IT implementation, training, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, project management, and system training.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    -advanced Excel skills required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in training development and presenting to small groups.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and persuade
    teams toward successful project adoption.


Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with complex scheduling and project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with MS Project
    and training best practices.
  • Knowledge of commonly used training concepts and procedures.

Work Environment & Travel:

  • On-site position
    based in Irving, TX (not hybrid/remote).
  • Requires occasional travel
    to warehouse facilities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
    and travel via aircraft when needed.

  • $35/hr to $37/hr contract rate with conversion salary range $65,000 to $70,000 base plus profit share
