Pay Range: $89,000-$126,000 What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): Directs the plant financial reporting and controls of five or more plants and prepares financial analyses of operations for the guidance of management. Responsible for the plants' financial management, reporting, and analysis, and internal control practices, the maintenance of its financial records, and the preparation of plant-level financial reports. Supports the corporate financial reporting accounting group in the monthly accounting, reporting, and analysis. Drive consistency across the operations by use of best practices. Will support strategic projects, to improve both SFA performance and overall plant performance including but not limited to forecasting, analysis, and inventory management. Supports the Director - Operations Finance, Operations RVPs and Regional HR Directors as necessary to help their plants and region successfully achieve their operational and financial goals. Travel 25-50%. As needed to support their plants and others to achieve company objectives. Supervisor of SFA's at designated facilities
