JOB MISSION:

New Balance is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will develop relationships with hiring managers across the organization.By attracting top talent, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in driving New Balance's growth and innovation. This role will partner with managers to build a recruiting strategy by having a deep understanding of the candidate landscape and our business. Utilizing expertise in sourcing, selling, and evaluating talent, the Specialist will lead the full lifecycle recruitment process and deliver diverse candidate pools. This role is based at the New Balance Lawrence, MA facility.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead and execute the sourcing process of external candidates, assess internal talent, and manage the full cycle recruitment process.

  • Research, identify, and cultivate talent networks that will further progress the company's talent strategy.

  • Leverage New Balance's unique culture to source critical roles within the industry, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality and diverse talent.

  • Lead various TA initiatives that strengthen our employment brand and candidate journey.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 3-5 years of highly successful recruitment experience.

  • Commitment to creating a superior candidate experience.

  • Exceptional initiative, judgment, and customer service focus.

  • An appreciation and respect for the diversity of all individuals in the workplace.

  • Demonstrated capabilities in LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools.

  • Strong negotiation, resolution, and facilitation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

Flexible Work Schedule

For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
