Job Summary: The Data Analytics Manager will help lead Tempur Sealy in building deep knowledge and understanding of consumers, category, customers, channels and the competition in order to develop actionable insights that build and sustain brand and business leadership, influence new product development, advantage Tempur Sealy brands and drive sustained market leadership. Additionally, given the strength of brand and business development in the US, this position will play a collaborative role to elevate linkage, functional discipline and consumer-centric approaches on brand, product innovation, and channel development initiatives. What you'll do:
- Create and automate a regular reporting cadence to measure, manage, and analyze media performance to maximize its effectiveness and optimize return on investment.
- Lead ongoing cadence of reporting and alignment in partnership with the finance, direct to consumer, and marketing. This is inclusive of but not limited to, daily through annual analysis of traffic, promotions, advertising, and ad hoc analysis to react to changing business environment.
- Actively drive action based on the learning in partnership with the business to drive growth by regularly reviewing trends, key drivers, and identify issues/opportunities for the business.
- Gather and aggregate data sources (internal and external) to establish a centralized insights database. Will be responsible for managing multiple partners.
- Develop foundational knowledge to be predictive through real-time intelligence on the US bedding market by extracting relevant data from several data sources including web analytics tools, CRM, business objectives, and ERP databases.
- Define and produce deliverables that identify opportunities to shape consumer experiences and that inform and inspire internal stakeholders and decision makers.

- BS/BA Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or other related field required
- Proficient skills in SQL, Python or R, Tableau, PowerBI and web analytics
- Experience in data visualization and data storytelling. Experience development of dashboards in Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is required.
- Experience working big data, structured and unstructured data and third-party data sources
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related field required
