Title: Mortgage Loan Processing/Closing Specialist Department: Mortgage Lending Reports to: Associate Vice President of Mortgage Lending FLSA: Non-Exempt Job Grade: 10 Job Purpose: Ensures that conventional and portfolio mortgage loans are processed in a timely manner and according to credit union and investor policies as well as legal requirements.
