This role will be responsible for providing HR inquiry and transactional support to all employees, managers, and consumers in the Americas. Our Team We are the HR Service Center for Koch Industries. As global business partners for Koch industries, we partner with Koch Industries employees around the globe in problem-solving and finding new ways to create value. The HR Service Center specializes in creating solutions for our technology, human resources, finance, and project management teams as well as anything else our businesses may need. We have major offices located in India, Mexico, Poland, China and the United States. What You Will Do * Facilitate learning and change management processes by guiding our consumers through new and existing tools and technologies * Provide an exceptional consumer experience while resolving customer questions and troubleshooting issues via incoming cases, calls, and chats * Collaborate with other business units & third-party providers (vendors) to research and solve more complex or technical cases. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experience in providing customer support in-person, through phone systems, chat, or case work * Experience problem solving complex customer inquiries * Experience with technical troubleshooting in various contexts (e.g., IT, product or HR support) * Fluency in English What Will Put You Ahead * Fluency in English and Spanish * Experience in customer service through incoming phone calls, cases and chats using an IT service management system (e.g., ServiceNow) * Experience in providing HR and IT inquiries and transactional support * Experience in training in a professional environment At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
