Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you are in charge of the full life cycle recruiting of telecommunications technicians and corporate administrative positions within MasTec Communications Group. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

  • Utilize recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing professionals for open positions within the telecommunications industry.
  • Ensure the ability to learn/follow proper policies, procedures, and workflows greatly impacting the full recruitment life cycle
  • Partner with the Management teams to support recruiting efforts in sourcing and selecting qualified candidates for the specified job requirements.
  • Continually source and develop a network of candidates, in addition to maintaining candidate relationships by utilizing internal databases
  • Establish best practices for recruiting strategies to seek/track qualified candidates.
  • Assist in developing recruitment policies and procedures to enhance the overall recruitment process
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

About You:

  • At least 3 years of Recruiting experience.
  • You have experience sourcing and recruiting telecommunications technicians
  • Prior Telecommunications staffing agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting Tower Technicians a plus.
  • Proficient with ATS systems, preferably ICIMs
  • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • You can manage a full cycle recruiting desk from sourcing to account management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives.
  • Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
  • Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity.
  • Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest.
  • Works well as a member of a group.
