About the Role

MWH is currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Representative (HRP) to support our team in Broomfield, CO.

Essential Functions



  • Provide administrative support to HR, including HR Business Partner and Generalist colleagues.
  • Maintain working knowledge of HR processes and policies.
  • Manage the HR shared inbox and phone line.
  • Answer employee's queries to the fullest extent possible, rerouting/escalating complex matters to the appropriate individual when necessary.
  • Provide high-quality, timely and professional customer service.
  • Complete HR projects as needed.
  • Perform record keeping and maintain our HR data systems.
  • Perform data entry for all transactions relating to employees.
  • Work with Payroll team as well as other internal business partners.
  • Perform employment verifications in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications



  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Two-year degree in human resources, organization design, business administration, accounting, or related field or equivalent combination of experience, skills and training.
  • Minimum 2 years' administrative and/or customer service experience in a professional office.
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive as part of a team in a changing environment and culture.
  • Attention to detail and complete follow-through required.
  • Experience in CMiC preferred.


Compensation



  • The anticipated compensation range for this position is $30-34/hr. depending on previous experience.
