The Pediatric ICU/IMC Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a dynamic and skilled healthcare professional responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients primarily in pediatric intensive care units (ICUs) across the organization. This role demands adaptability, clinical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to patient care. As a member of the ICU float pool, you will play an essential role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care during their most critical moments. As a member of the float pool, you will float to the NICU, PICU, Cardiac and Newborn units.
