The Pediatric ICU/IMC Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a dynamic and skilled healthcare professional responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients primarily in pediatric intensive care units (ICUs) across the organization. This role demands adaptability, clinical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to patient care.

As a member of the ICU float pool, you will play an essential role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care during their most critical moments. Backed by passionate and supportive leadership, our nurses are empowered to prioritize patient safety, achieve clinical excellence, and engage in life-long learning.

As a member of the float pool, you will float to the NICU, PICU, Cardiac and Newborn units.

Who Should Apply:

• Associate degree in Nursing required
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
• BLS/PALS CPR certification required
• RN experience required

Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire

Salary Range: Minimum 34.00 per hour - Maximum 51.16 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
