Performs administrative staff work in support of research and review projects focusing on Hospital policies and procedures and department operations. We are a centralized team focused on delivering change management to enterprise-wide projects and initiatives, like the Epic EHR implementation. We also hold training sessions and enable individuals across the organization to be more effective at leading their teams through change. Responsibilities Participates in the collection and preparation of data relative to the work of the department. Assists in studies to objectivity ascertain the efficiency, economy and effectiveness of department or Hospital operations, policies and procedures. Assists management in facilitating new programs and/or procedures. Performs related duties as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Currently enrolled in college majoring in Business, Healthcare Management, I/O Psychology or a related field, required. Undergrad Junior, Undergrad Senior or graduate level Prior administrative experience in a hospital setting, preferred. Schedule and Location: Hybrid position - Full-time Duration: June to August 2025 New Hyde Park, New York Please note: we do not offer a stipend to cover lodging, travel, and meal expenses.
