DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Clerical Supervisor 2, you will provide vital administrative support to UCBRs western sector by ensuring reports are completed and submitted within the allotted time frame. You will lead a group of Clerical Assistant 3s engaged in various receptionist duties, mail processing, typing, scheduling of hearings, and other advanced clerical tasks. Specific responsibilities entail monitoring work flow, assigning duties to employees on a daily basis, and arranging for assistance from offices in other sectors when necessary. Duties also involve providing initial, continuing, and remedial training to staff in order to optimize efficiency and sustain quality performance. Additional supervisory functions consist of participating in the interview process, addressing employee concerns or grievances, and providing input for employee performance reviews. - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours/week.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (negotiable), Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week upon successful completion of the training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Pittsburgh.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Clerical Supervisor 1; or
- One year as a Clerical Assistant 3; or
- Two years of as a Clerical Assistant 2; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
