Responsibilities We currently have a great opportunity available for a Analyst I, Sales Systems. The Sales Systems Analyst I is responsible for the administration of Sales System's Life Cycle including solution planning, analysis, design, build and test phases ensuring all deliverables are met in a timely manner, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Sales Customer Relation Management (CRM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to improve sales organization processes. Leverage resources to identify and implement cost effective changes to sales systems and processes as well as collaborate with other groups to deliver solutions within tight timeframes. Provide support in sales system escalation and resolution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales System Project Management: Work directly with sales teams and internal operational teams to gather system requirements for enhancement requests. Support continuous improvement of user experience within systems by proactively identifying potential challenges. Translate user requirements to CRM Programmers in order to effectively design and estimate development efforts. Assist and occasionally oversee completion of requests including designing, building, and testing of functionality while adhering to strict deadlines. Assist with user testing through environment testing stages prior to release to production system. Effectively communicate status of requests and timeline to project team and sales management.
Percentage of Travel: 10% The salary range for this role is $72,447 - $93,755. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes a choice of health care plan (medical, vision, and dental insurance), an annual incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave and a 401(K) for all eligible employees.
