Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one training sessions and group classes in Pilates. Develop personalized workout plans for clients based on their fitness goals. Monitor client progress and adjust their programs as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment in the training area. Promote health and wellness benefits of Pilates and personal training among clients. Qualifications: Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification. Proven experience as a Pilates instructor and personal trainer. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire clients. Knowledge of various fitness and Pilates techniques. Compensation: Hourly Rate: $20.32 per hour for personal training sessions. Group Class Rate: $60 per class. Commission: $20 for 30-minute sessions, $40 for 1-hour sessions. Bonus: Additional $5 per session if exceeding 30 hours of training per pay period, with another $5 per session for surpassing 60 hours.
