The Tribal Training and Certification Partnership is operated through the Department of Social Work, University of Minnesota Duluth. The Curriculum Development Manager is responsible for handling complex and specialized educational instruction within the TTCP by applying in-depth subject matter expertise and knowledge to curriculum content development. The curriculum development manager will utilize tools, resources and relationships to develop tribal curriculum for tribal nations and specialized Indigenous content curriculum for all other statewide partners. The position will provide expertise in the design and development of specialized content and lead initiatives to improve and expand training content. This position will collaborate with the outreach and development department, technology department, tribal liaisons, training supervisor, and management to develop training, evaluation of content, and continuous quality improvement to maximize learner engagement, application, design and delivery. While the Curriculum Developer does not need to reside in Duluth, frequent travel to the downtown Duluth office will be required. This is a hybrid position. Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities:
2. (40%) Develop curriculum and content for statewide workers for competency in Indigenous family systems, tribal jurisdiction and sovereignty, the Indian Child Welfare Act and Minnesota Indian Family Preservation Act toward worker certification and improved practice with American Indian families and nations.
3. (20%) Define standards and goals of learning and devise methods for meeting those goals.
Pay and Benefits
